Malcolm Coates is a graduate in economics and business studies. He spent several years in the corporate world in international human resources and industrial relations with Pilkington Glass, National Cash Registers (NCR), Colgate-Palmolive and Schlumberger.

He then worked for several years with a Paris based international search and selection consultancy before founding, in 1991, MC Consulting International Limited, as a retained executive search firm covering a broad range of industries and disciplines, serving international clients throughout Europe.

He has been an active and leading member of Agilium Worldwide (formerly World Search Alliance) since 1993 and is currently EMEA Director and Group Secretary.

Davide Accardi is a qualified Civil Engineer from the University of Catania, Italy, specializing in geotechnics, structural, environmental and sanitary engineering. He is a qualified ISO 9000:2000 Series Auditor/Lead Auditor with the International Register of Certified Auditors (IRCA) through Bureau Veritas. He also holds an E.C.D.L. IT teacher examiner diploma.

After an initial period in post graduate university research, Davide continued his career as Quality Control Manager and then Technical Manager with a major Italian construction company. He then taught advanced technology for two years before joining MC Consulting as Consultant and Research Manager.

He has now established an international engineering and technology specialization within the firm.
